No one has mined a property for an interesting theme like Sheriff of Nottingham. The pieces are all fine, it could probably be better (especially the felt sacks) but who can complain, the pieces are solid and will hold up for many games. Whoever came up with this one put together a great experience. There are not many games like this out there and especially ones that use such a well known IP (intellectual property) so well. High marks from this Sheriff of Nottingham review. Knowing when to take on your opponents and when requires a certain level of mastery. Under the base, there are these set collection bonuses that everyone is fighting for. You have to know your audience and you have to know that they need to be as unpredictable as you. As mentioned, it is all about your communication skills, but it is not just yours, your opponent as well.
